UAP Nakawa business park development, is the first of its kind in Uganda. Works involved the design, construction supervision and contract management of a new ultra-modern office park complex measuring approx. 40,000 sqm. gross area and 26,000 sqm of net lettable area. Four separate blocks range from five to eight floor levels, each having a separate floor plan and unique entrance character. The complex also includes two levels of basement parking for tenants, open parking of 600 bays for visitors, coffee shop, restaurant facilities and extensive outdoor green areas. All buildings are unified with a common architectural language, oriented to maximize natural lighting and views of the city. The building includes all amenities required for modern-day office operations including intelligent IT and security systems.
